The Board of Directors of Three Valleys received a briefing on an Independent Peer Review of the GMMMP for the Cadiz Project. The review was performed by experts from four engineering firms: Anthony Brown of aquilogic, Timothy Parker of Parker Groundwater, Dave Romero of Balleau Groundwater, and Mark Wildermuth of Wildermuth Environmental. The review team determined that the GMMMP adopted by the County of San Bernardino is adequate, and recommended 12 additional steps that could be taken to improve technical understanding of the project. These recommendations form the basis of the Study Program.
